Friends & Family

Great for mother's groups, family members who care for children, babysitters, and those who want to help in times of need.

-Friends & Family CPR
    For family members, friends & members of the community who want to learn CPR and/or First Aid, but do not need a course completion card.  The CPR program includes how to perform CPR on an adult, child, and infant.  Also, included is how to help an adult, child, and infant who is choking.

-Friends & Family First Aid for Children
    Add First Aid for Children to learn how to manage illness and injuries in a child for the first few minutes until professional help arrives.  This class covers such topics as allergic reactions, seizures, broken bones, sprains, and more. 



 

 

 





Health & Safety (Workplace)


For those with a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.


-Heartsaver CPR
    This program teaches CPR & relief of choking in adults, children & infants and use of barrier devices for all ages.


-Heartsaver AED
    Continues the CPR course with the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), which analyzes cardiac rhythms and prompts if a shock is needed. 

-Heartsaver First Aid

     Teaches how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.  Including medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental emergencies. Can also be combined with CPR and AED.

-Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid
    Provides the required training for child care providers as mandated by state regulations.


Healthcare Professionals
 

- BLS for the Healthcare Provider

Nurses, EMT's, Paramedics, Physicians, Respiratory Therapists, Dentists and others working in the health care field can renew their card or take the course for the first time.


    BLS for the Healthcare provider  course covers such topics as CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of bag-valve mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillator.
